Because of his passion for his students and community, Mr. Raul Betancourt,
Principal of Glen City School, partnered with Paradox Community Technologies to
place computers with 45 students at the elementary school located in Santa Paula,
CA.

Mr. Betancourt developed a program to teach parents and students how to use a
computer, how to use some basic programs, how to surf the web and how to access
student records online. Once the training was competed there was an award
ceremony for the parents and students where they received a certificate of
completion and a computer. This program was taught by Glen City School
instructors and was so successful that it is used as a model for other schools in the
district.
